Learn to Sail in Atlantic Canada's most beautiful harbours!

WaveSkills is located in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and is perfectly located with in walking distance to historic, shopping and dining districts.

Wave Skills offers sailing lessons for Adults in the picturesque Charlottetown and Montague Harbours and the warm waters of PEI's south shore. The body of water on the south side of the Island is the Northumberland Strait, and is home to the Confederation Bridge, one of the world's largest bridges.

The Northumberland Strait and surrounding rivers offers tidal waters, great sailing, and normally warm weather, with just enough wind mix to make your sailing experience varied, yet enjoyable.

Certified Lessons are aboard keelboats, over 7M in length, and enable adults to crew and skipper a sailboat. Courses offer a combination of theory and practical on-the-water sessions to prepare skills to sail confidently. Programs offer flexible and personalized instruction and the opportunity to learn how sail in a relaxed and safe setting.

Courses and Introductory lessons are offered weekends & work day evenings, and start each year in early June, weather permitting. Maximum of four per lesson. Week long day sessions will also be available, and can be customized to your holiday plan. Inquire about one of our accomodation partners as well.
